Shipping charges

Dispatch and delivery

• We dispatch within 24 hours of your order, except on Sundays and public holidays.
• Most orders arrive within 5 working days. Remote pin codes can take a little longer.
• Delivery times can also be affected by things outside our control, such as weather or courier delays.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp. You can also check it on our Order Status page.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000. The COD fee is the same as the shipping charge for orders up to ₹999, and a flat ₹100 for orders from ₹999 to ₹5,000. Split COD (50% paid online) has no COD fee.

Store pickup

You can collect your order from our store at 49/27, Rattan Bazaar Road, George Town, Chennai 600003. Add a note at checkout, or email or WhatsApp us after ordering. If you paid for shipping, we'll refund it.

International orders

We currently deliver within India only.

At T.Mangharam, every order is cut fresh from the roll (thaan) to the exact length you request, which makes each order a custom piece prepared just for you. For this reason, we are generally unable to accept returns. Every piece is also carefully checked for damage before it is packed and sent to you.

We will gladly accept a return if you receive a different product from the one you ordered, if the colour is clearly different from what was shown, or if the fabric has been damaged in transit. We guarantee 95% colour accuracy, though slight variations can occur due to camera, screen type and lighting. To raise a return request, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the product and packaging.
