Ikat is made by tie-dyeing the yarns before they're woven, so the pattern forms on the loom with its signature soft, feathered edges. In India it's closely linked with Pochampally in Telangana, Odisha and the patola of Gujarat. Our range is mostly cotton, including handloom ikat and ikat-design cottons in stripes, borders and geometric patterns. Ikat is perfect for kurtis, dresses, shirts, sarees and dupattas. Wash separately in cold water at first.
