For this reason, we are generally unable to accept returns. Every piece is also carefully checked for damage before it is packed and sent to you.
We will gladly accept a return if you receive a different product from the one you ordered, if the colour is clearly different from what was shown, or if the fabric has been damaged in transit. We guarantee 95% colour accuracy, though slight variations can occur due to camera, screen type and lighting. To raise a return request, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the product and packaging.
