All International Orders will be delivered within 5 - 7 working days from the date of placing the order. We use reputed carriers such as FedEx to deliver the consignments securely for our customers

Please be aware that the delivery time frame mentioned is tentative and can be delayed during factors that are beyond our control ( natural calamity etc )

At T.Mangharam, every order is cut fresh from the roll (thaan) to the exact length you request, which makes each order a custom piece prepared just for you. For this reason, we are generally unable to accept returns. Every piece is also carefully checked for damage before it is packed and sent to you.

We will gladly accept a return if you receive a different product from the one you ordered, if the colour is clearly different from what was shown, or if the fabric has been damaged in transit. We guarantee 95% colour accuracy, though slight variations can occur due to camera, screen type and lighting. To raise a return request, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the product and packaging.
